Fees and billing will be discussed with Dr. O’Rourke over the phone and prior to you deciding to proceed with services or scheduling appointment(s). 

 

At the end of the assessment, you will be provided with a bill that is formatted with the requirements necessary for submission to insurance.  The bill will also be sufficiently formatted to serve as an official receipt.
